BRIDGEWATER MUSIC FESTIVAL ENTRIES

Entry Forms and fees must be received no later than FEBRUARY 8, 2019

1.         An entry form can be found on our home page. Please download/copy as many as you require. 

 

2.         Proper entry forms must be used for all entries. Own Choice selections must be stated on the entry

            form. Incomplete forms will not be accepted.

 

3.         All entry forms must be accompanied by the ENTRY FEE.

 

4.         In the case of duets, trios, and small ensembles, all competitors’ names should be listed on one

            entry form and accompanied by the full entry fee.

 

5.         Separate forms must be submitted for EACH CLASS ENTERED.

 

6.         As a courtesy, it is requested that competitors who intend to withdraw should notify the Festival

            President at least 24 hours before the specified class.
